Rescheduling and cancelling a visit

Text or call us any time to move or cancel a visit. We don't charge a cancellation fee. If we've already arrived and can't get access (locked gate, no one home for an inside treatment), we'll work with you to reschedule.

Service plans

You can pause or cancel a recurring plan at any time by text or phone. You only pay for visits we actually perform.

If you're not happy

Tell us within 30 days of your visit. We'll come back to look at the problem, and if we can't make it right, we'll work out a fair refund or credit with you. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Billing mistakes

If a bill looks wrong, text or email us and we'll fix it. We'll refund any overcharge.
